Introduction to Mindfulness
The current class is full - join for a new class in February.
This is a six week course for individuals who are new to mindfulness. We will cover the basics of the practice and how to apply it to your everyday life. You will need to commit to all six classes. Signup for one of the two course timings:
- Tuesdays 8:30-9:30am or 5:30-6:30pm
- begins Feb 18th
- $60 for the six session course
Growing Mindful Together
These sessions are drop-in for anyone who is already familiar with the practice and would like to share it with others while learning new techniques.

Mindful Consumption: Nourishing the Mind and Body
This is a four week course that helps you to become aware of what you are consuming and how it affects your mind and body. We learn to consume in a way that nourishes our peace and well-being.
