Find a group event near you to experience transformation in a collective environment.  These events are meant to connect mindful souls and allow you to share your insights with others.

Introduction to Mindfulness
The current class is full - join for a new class in January!

This is a six week course for individuals who are new to mindfulness.  We will cover the basics of the practice and how to apply it to your everyday life.  You will need to commit to all six classes.   Signup for one of the two course timings:

  • Tuesday 5:30-6:30 or Thursday 6:45-7:45
  • Courses start the week of January 6th
  • 220 N Stough Ave
  • $60 for the six session course

Growing Mindful Together

These sessions are drop-in for anyone who is already familiar with the practice and would like to share it with others while learning new techniques.
