Signing up: You do not need to signup for video classes because places are not limited.  Simply click on the link provided at the time the class is scheduled to begin.  You will need to have Zoom.

Class Descriptions

Intro to Mindfulness

There is no intro class being held currently.  Please contact me if you want to be notified when the next class is scheduled.  The intro is always available as an online course found here.

This is a course for individuals who are new to mindfulness.  We will cover the basics of the practice and how to apply it to your everyday life.  The classes will be on a continual rotation of the six different intro sessions each one teaching the fundamental mindfulness practices.

Growing Mindful Together

.This is an ongoing class for anyone who is familiar with mindfulness and would like to continue growing their practice in community.  We will share how our individual practice is going followed by group exercises that help us to better connect with and relate to what is going on within and around us.

 

Mindful Of Our Emotions

This is a four week series to help you recognize, soften to, understand, and nurture your emotions so that they don’t take control of your words and actions.  Come to one or all four classes.  They will be held in-studio and on zoom.  Please call to reserve an in-studio space as they are limited.

Mindful Yoga

These are ongoing classes that use yoga as a means to reunite your mind, body, and spirit leading to healing.  They use a gentle combination of yin and flow to align and balance your body.  They are held in-studio and on zoom.  Please contact us to reserve your in-studio place because they are limited.
