Signing up: Please contact us to sign-up in advance for in-studio classes as places are limited.  For live video classes simply click on the link at the time the class begins.

Class Descriptions

Any class can be taught privately if you have a group of individuals who would like to take a class at a time when it is not scheduled please contact us to arrange your private class.

Intro to Mindfulness
Mondays 5:30-6:30pm, May 17-June 21 (In-Studio and via zoom)

The intro is always available as an online course found here.

This is a course for individuals who are new to mindfulness.  We will cover the basics of the practice and how to apply it to your everyday life.

Growing Mindful Together
Tuesdays 8:30-9:30am

.This is an ongoing class for anyone who is familiar with mindfulness and would like to continue growing their practice in community.  We will share how our individual practice is going followed by group exercises that help us to better connect with and relate to what is going on within and around us.

 

Mindful Of Stress
May 17-June 14
Thursdays, 6:30-7:30pm

A six session course to help you make peace with your stress by understanding where it comes from, how you’re relating to it, and how to disengage from it so that you can reengage with life in a more meaningful and authentic way.

Mindful Yoga
Mon & Fri 9-10am

These are ongoing classes that use yoga as a means to reunite your mind, body, and spirit leading to healing.  They use a gentle combination of yin and flow to align and balance your body.  They are held in-studio and on zoom.  Please contact us to reserve your in-studio place because they are limited.

This is a six week course on building a peaceful and loving relationship with your body so that you can listen to its wisdom and live your healthiest lifestyle.  We will look at all the ways we can love our bodies from consuming mindfully, to exercise and self-care. 

Mindful Consumption
No Class is currently scheduled

A six week course helping us become aware of what we bring into our bodies and minds, from media and conversations to food and drink.  We will look into how it affects our well-being, and how to consume in ways that strengthen our bodies, enhance our minds, and balance our spirits.

Forgiving Ourselves and Others
No class is currently scheduled

This is a six week class using mindfulness to help you understand your stories of anger, resentment, hurt, and blame so that you can find compassion for self and others freeing yourself with forgiveness.  Classes will be help in-studio and live via zoom.  It is best if you can take the whole six week journey.

Mindful of the Spirit
No class is currently scheduled

 This is a four week course helping you to reconnect with your spirit by opening beyond habitual belief patterns and exploring your heart’s truth.  It will help you live a spirituality that is true to you turning it into a lifestyle.  Classes will be held in-studio and live via zoom.  Please call to reserve an in studio space as they are limited.

Mindfully Loving Self and Others

This is a six week course helping you to love yourself and others with intention. Discover how to understand and accept so that you can nurture yourself and others leading to growth and love.  Join for one session or the whole series.  They are held in-studio or live via zoom.

Mindful Communication
No class is currently scheduled

This is a six week course helping you to communicate mindfully. You will learn how to use your self awareness to better understand and communicate with others.  We will practice deep listening, compassionate understanding, and loving speech. Come to one or all four classes.  They will be held in-studio and on
zoom.  Please call to reserve an in-studio space as they are limited.

Mindful Of Our Emotions

There is no live class scheduled at this time but you can always take the online course found here

This is a four week series to help you recognize, soften to, understand, and nurture your emotions so that they don’t take control of your words and actions.  Come to one or all four classes.
