Intro To Mindfulness

This introductory course teaches you what mindfulness is and how to use it in your daily life.  You will learn and experience mindful techniques that will help you to design your own daily practice.  The course includes explanation videos, recorded meditations, written material, and journal prompts.  There are six lessons that will take you about one hour each.
