Mindful Of the Body

This course is a four part course on developing a compassionate relationship with the body so that it can heal.  You will learn some of the science behind the mind body connection as you walk through the process of reconnecting with the body, softening to it, listening to it, learning from it, and trusting it so that it can begin to heal.  The course includes:

  • video lessons

  • guided meditations
  • take home practices
  • journal exercises
  • extra study materials.
